G35X - Coupe Mid-Pipe?

Hey guys, will an 05' Coupe Mid-Pipe fit on an 05' G35X?

I want my car to sound like a damn coupe, but it sounds like an Altima 3.5SE!

Anyone done this?

Also - I'd like to get one today if it'll fit -- not sure where?

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Please ;-) It's 12:05pm PST -- I want it done today ;-)

Is there a better way to get it to sound like the G35c, 350Z or FX35?

Well, I couldn't find a coupe mid-pipe by 4pm today so I decided to just go to the shop and replace my pre-muffler with a glasspack type pipe.

The car is not much louder -- but it is deeper. I can definately feel a difference. I'm not sure why I'd notice a difference, but about 4k-6k rpm the car pulls a lot harder.

Low end feels exactly the same.

I am getting that resonator replaced with a glass pack as well. Does it sound raspy at all? I know that the pre muffler is designed to absorb that high frequency noise, do you hear that high frequency noise?

HA! A glass pack muffler on an Infiniti!? That's classic. I didn't even know they still make those.....I think you may be the first person to do this.

nah ah. Not a Glass Pack muffler. I am sorry. The Glasspack look alikes, it was a rounded pre muffler. It looked like the coupe middy. If you type in Glass Pack in the search thing, you will find people who have claimed to installed one.. yes, I know, I may be an idiot

The shop I brought my car to cut a hole in my tank, and then desroyed my fuel pump when they tried fixing it.

I am bringing my car to infiniti for repairs and sending the bill to them
