disabling the VDC?
I have an 05 AT Sedan that I am racing an auto-X this week end. I heard in another thread that turning the VDC off by the switch only turns off the traction control. They went on to say that you should pull the fuse to completly disable the VDC for auto-x. Is there any truth to this?

A lot of people say yanking the "Stop Lamp" fuse next to the dead pedal will do what you're wanting. I've tried it and I don't notice any difference. I believe removing the ABS fuse to accomplish the task, but the fuse is a bit strange and I don't quite know how to remove it. Maybe someone else could chime in.

well as i stated in the other thread, lift up your center console dash part, there is a bosch little box there, unplug it and take your car for a nice spin, let me know if you can tell a difference, i think you can, but i would like another opinion, i know my burnouts at the track were 100% easier, just only one f in wheel still
