I'm trying to buy this RPM 505 staggered wheels, and wanted to know if the offset of 38 in the front is good and if offset of 30 is good in the back.

thx...

Offset for the rear should be +42 to +45

Mine is +45

You need to tell us what width the wheels are before we can help you with offset.

They are 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the back.

38 in front is perfect, as mentioned above something around +45 would be ideal for the rear. With the +30 the wheels will stick out way too far....

Im runing 35 offset in the rear with 19x9.5 and i havnt had any problems. Looks really good too. I havent had the car fully loaded though, just with passenger and 1 person in back. My Car is lowered on the 350z suspension as well.

Lowering may actually help you not rub, because of the negative camber it adds. +35 is very aggresive, and I could see it possibly working (I would imagine your tires stick out about 1/4"). But, there is no way a +30 is going to work right....

A 42mm offset + 9.5" + 275 tread width = rubbing unless you pick your tire based on how round it's shoulders are or your running camber level's you shouldn't be running. Make the right offset choice to begin with. 45mm min.

Ok so I decided not to get this wheels because i'm getting a really good deal on the Axis Milano and plus that their name is more popular. They are offset of 45 in the back and offset of 37 in the front. They are also staggered.

So I guess that is almost the perfect size right?

thx....

The 37/45 will work perfect. Thumbs up!

How do you all figure out what offset is good and which is bad I want to purchase the 19" M series sport wheels but I am not sure if they will fit.
They are 19X8.5 Offset ET50. Then there are the G35 coupe 19" wheels I have seen them on a lot of G35 on the board so I assume they will fit with no problems...

The 19x 8.5 with the +50 offset will likely rub on the front suspension (the higher offset brings the wheel in more). You would want something around +38, I would not go much higher than that.

The new coupe wheels will fit, although you will likely rub on the rear a little, and you would have to possibly roll the fenders to avoid rubbing.
