it's how much do you want that coupe. for me it already has to much miles on it, if i'm going to trade why not for much better one and bite the bullet and get something with low miles and newer one. i'm not sure what the warranty but 75k i think is out of coverage.... my .02

Keep what you have -- it's a nice ride too.

Coupe is heavier than the sedan and i feel there is too much body on the coupe , it could have been made lighter and faster

Why trade down? Cause that is what you will be doing- 49K vs 75K is a step down. Think better not worse.

I agree with Corgidog. If your going to trade, trade up. Have you thought about a used 05 sedan?

damn that would be a huge mistake.
think of what the 05-06 models has to offer.. plus the miles.. no way
you'll lose money in the end

Depends on other things. Do you really want a coupe? Are you going from a cloth, base-model sedan to a fully-loaded coupe, or are the options staying the same or being reduced? Do you know what shape the coupe is in, mechanically, and how well it's been maintained? Have you looked up the blue book value for both cars to see if they're even close?

Also realize what forum you asked your question in.. most of us here in the Sedan forum prefer the Sedan to the Coupe.

Stay with the sedan. It's much more classy and beautiful than the coupe.

Keep the sedan & throw on a dual exhaust...... Seriously...I have a sedan (2 yr. old child...needed room for a car seat) & I love the coupe, but I wouldn't trade down mileage wise (as mentioned above).
