06 Sedan Headlights

Has anybody confirmed that the '06 headlights are replaced with projector lights?

would they fit the '03 + models?

also, Is there any good shop sales (low $$) custom made headlights?

Only the Coupe gets projectors. The sedan remains unchanged.
