I have a bumper insert for my 03.5 sedan. (plate delete) Anyway I do see 2 holes at the bottow for screws but where do the little tounges on the top of the cover fit into on the car?

I feel retarted..

Well if you feel retarted maybe its because you are retarted?
JUST KIDDING man.

Are you sure you don't have the cover up side down? Do the two little tongues have holes in them? If I remember right, the "tongues" fit just under the screw clips on the bottom and the screws go into the "tongues" and attached to the screw clips.

Take a picture if you still dont get it and I can explain better.

Thanks I got it. I just needed to pull on the bumper a little to force the tounges between the styrofoam and plastic.

Looks great!
