noises from the back

i was driving today and i heard a creaking noise from the back... i had my friend drive my car while i stood outside to observe the noise.. and i noticed that it came from the back wheels.... you hear the noise just wen u press on the pedal...

is it the suspension? has anyone else had this??

Could be a shock or strut going bad.

Usually it just my kids' necks snapping from the acceleration, or they're inflicting bodily harm on each other.. I usually just turn up the stereo and ignore them.
