Which color wheels?
Which color wheels?
I have a Twitight Blue sedan, and I need help picking out which color wheels to get. I want the HP Evo, should get them in Black chrome, Hyper silver, or silver. I also just smoked my tail lights and have limo tint all the way around.
Well let's see....
If you've got dark Limo Tints, smoked tails, and your color is Twi Blue which is already almost black...I'd try to get wheels that keep within the theme of the colors on your car. For that reason I'd rule out Hypersilver, it'd be too bright.
I'd do either silver, or black chrome......but I'd lean more towards the black chrome because it's dark and shiny..which is a lot like twi blue, a dark metallic shiny color.
Post some pics of the black chrome, I'd be curious to see that.

sedan with/colored wheels
I own a twilight blue coupe and considered silver and even gold J8's. But on
the sedan it's diffrent on a big car. I think you would want a little "Bling".
You'll never notice dark wheels, they'll be lost and unseen. Consider silver
19's with a large lip maybe a mesh type wheel.......classic!
Sorry Mikey

If you want an aggressive rim setup geared towards handling, and no rubbing, I've asked a few people on this board....
You should go with 19x8.5 in the front with a +38 offset
19x9.5 in the back with a +45 offset.
-Gary, No need to be sorry bro, everyone's got their own opinion...and you're entitled to yours just like mine. If you go to the official modded sedan thread you'll see a lot of guys running dark wheels on the sedan, I think it's nice. A guy just put some black 18's on his white sedan, I think it's real hot. The sedan isn't really that different from the Coupe IMO, the M series might be, but the G's to me are pretty much the same.
I've seen a few Sedans with a 10" wide in the rears, but that would require fender rolling.

I've got the HP Evo's in Hyper Silver Dark (18" not 19"). I am running 8.5's in front and 9.5's in rear. Sorry for the crappy picture. That is all I have on my computer at work. I think the dark silver would look better on TB. I am not sure I have ever seen the black chrome though.

I was going to order them in 19" black too, but they told me there is no blue. Then I decided to go with hyper silver dark, but when I called them to order they told me that I had to wait about 3 months for them, so I went ahead and ordered the hyper silver light.
Also the HP EVOs don't come in offset of 45 only 30 and 38, so you MIGHT need to roll or cut your fender lips.

Another guy is running 19x9.5 with a +38 offset....he said he's not rubbing, only when he's got a full load in his car...then it begins to rub.
So if you don't really have a lot of people in your car, you should be ok, or worse comes to worse...roll the fenders.
