Got my wheels on 2 days ago and I love them. Should I drop the car about an inch? Let me know what you guys think.

The headunit I changed about a month ago, it was a pain in the *** but well worth it. My stock speakers sound great, and I don't think I want to change them for now.

YOu should definitely drop your car, get the Eibach pro kit. I hear the Tein's are good too. It'll drop about an inch. If you go to the Socal forum under Jerry's meet you should see a pic of my CB sedan, it's dropped on the Eibach kit...very subtle.

BTW, real nice rims....what are your specs? Offset, size, tires, etc?

It is a staggered setup(HP EVO Hyper Silver Light) with 19 x 8.5 in the front and 19 x 9.5 in the back, offset is 38 all around, and the tires are dunlop direzza.

Do you think it might rub if I drop it? Even if it does I'm still going to drop and roll the fenders or something.

The front should be fine. I believe the ideal offset for the rear 19x9.5 is a +45 offset. You might rub, but if you roll the fenders it should be cool.

Don't really know what spoiler it is, cause I bought the car with it. The factory headunit is still there, and the cool thing is that I can still listen to cds and tapes while I have the afterparket one.

But since I got the headunit I never listen to the original one, cause the sound is so gay.

Not a big fan of the spoiler, but the wheels are nice. I think a moderate drop would look great, and yes you may rub in the rear with that offset.

Overall, a very nice sedan. Gotta love that black.

How is the car handling with the staggered setup? Are you experiencing a lot of understeer? Where are you located?

You made a smart move by going with the Direzza's- they have a round sidewall, that will decrease the chance of your car rubbing. If you do go with more than an Eibach Pro-Kit drop in the rear, be ready to roll fenders and increase your negative camber...

Yes it does need to be dropped and you will need to roll the fenders with the offset in the rear. However if you paint the side sills, and bumpers black you can get away with not lowering the car. What is the profile of the tires? I almost purchased the evos myself but went with the milanos instead. Very clean car The spoiler looks like a subaru spoiler?...
