Is mid pipe only part that's interchangable?

Is mid pipe only part that's interchangable?
When buying a coupe midpipe is it the only coupe exhaust part that fits the sedan, or does the y-pipe fit as well ?

I believe the ypipe is identical to the sedans ypipe.
