Paint Peeling on Homelink button

OK, so I just noticed that the paint is peeling on my homelink button. There used to be a picture of a House, now the button is half white and half black. Would this be a warranty issue? I know it isn't a big deal, but I am worried that the whole mirror might start peeling...What are your thoughts?

Our '03 FX had the paint peel issue on the homelink button. When the car was one year old, we asked the dealer, they considered it normal wear & tear. When we had the car in for its 22,500 mile service, we brought it to their attention again. They replaced the mirror. I guess it depends on your service writer and/or service manager.

Thanks for the reply. The button doesn't bother me, it is just the possibility of the whole mirror peeling...Anyways, it shouldn't peel like that. I will try the next service visit...

I had mine replaced under warranty for my 04 coupe. Good luck on getting yours replaced without a hassle, you are right, it shouldn't peel like that.
