DG with Stone Or DG with Graphite Interior

Iam planning on ordering my 2006 G35 Sedan when I get my taxes back. I would like to know know which interior color would be better on a DG exterior color.

When I bought my sedan last October, I had the dealer pull one of each right next to each other and I went back and forth for about 20 minutes before deciding on DG and Stone.

Having a graphite interior loaner for a few days reminded me that I made the right decision. I like the contrast between the black dash and stone interior.

However, if you have kids graphite may be a better decision as it will probably be more durable in the long run.

To confuse you even more

IMO Graphite....much less maintenance & look's great! You won't get any visible dirt from getting in & out of the car like you would w/ stone...but if you're very **** about cleaning, then I guess you wouldn't mind the extra cleaning you'd have to do.

Did the exact same for my 2005 DG.... chose the Stone. Nice, 2-tone upscale look to it... reminded me of the Audi interiors.

Have had a graphite interior loaner... definitely confirmed my decision.

But yes, if you have kids or think it may get dirty easily/often, you may want the graphite.

Graphite - easier to keep looking clean
Stone - upscale

I have an 06 sedan DG with graphite int. I think if i had the choice i would have gone with the stone. Stone is best interior color infiniti offeres, imho.

I like black (graphite) but looking at the stone pics makes me want a grey one.

I have DG and chose graphite because it is easier to maintain AND with stone you get parts of the interior that are graphite (ie dash and console) rather than stone and I did not like that 2 tone interior look. With graphite it is all one color. Now if the interior was all stone it might have been a different story.

You know what you never see, is dirty graphite interior pictures vs dirty stone interior pictures. Unless you always clean your car, the graphite will look dirty and age quicker because you can see the scuffs and what not on the interior IMO.

I prefer the lower maintenance colour. But then I have dogs.
