the warranty is
5yrs/60k miles
and it doesnt matter who the owner is as long as its not past the date or mileage, and like its been said before print out a TSB and take it to them, my dealer never told me they dont fix rattles after 12k miles, thats a load of crap, as long as they can recreate the rattle when the car is there they have to fix it

anato, for the right front window rattles, check to see the white strip that is outside along the window frame is poping and ticking. I beleive that to be the source of your rattles. touch in and around the whitestrip by pressing on it and see if you hear any hollow noise, because vibration from driving travels up to that area and makes those noises.

We don't turn away any noise complaints here, since it is a violation of the franchise agreement to refuse warranty repairs.
A Factory certified used car's warranty is through Infiniti (not the dealer), but will typically not cover squeaks and rattles unless they are caused by a failed part. (This is after the 4/60 expires)
As far as your window streaks, this should be covered, UNLESS you have added tint to the glass, and that is what is touching.
BINGO--At the dealer where I work we take care of it 4/60. As long as the warranty clerk codes it right there are no problems.

+1

I can tell you I would never re-purchase an infiniti from any dealer that treated me that way.

My dealer has always attempted to find any squeaks and rattles that I have presented--And I am the second owner.
