I crunched the front-end of my 05 G35 sedan today. I found a couple of resources for used grills but they're all for coupes. Are the OEM coupe and sedan grills the same? Where there any changes from 03 to 06?

No one really knows for sure. The 03-04 sedan won't take a coupe grill, but a 05 its possible but no one has tried. I measured and it has the same measurements. Who knows.

 

search infiniti-parts.com in the collision catalog for a replacement OEM grill, they may have some upgraded grills too. They will have the best prices on new Sedan grills and they are probably comprable to used ones because most people shopping for used grills don't look through body shop resources like the collision catalog.
