Who has Twilight Blue & why?
I am going to be buying a G and was thinking Garnet all the way until I saw the car in Twilight Blue last night. The dealer I was at just got one in, a 2003.5 model. I'm not usually a big "blue" fan but something about it really made my head turn. I've been trying to find a color other than red, which is what I usually get, but until I saw the TB color I didn't see anything else I liked. I think it looks more classy then the Garnet. Just curious why those of you who chose TB went that way? Thanks.

I was lucky in that I bought mine used and it was Twilight
Blue. The color is the classiest of all the colors. Even the
salesman at Infiniti told me after I bought my G35 that
all the other colors make the G35 look like a car that
cost less than $30,000. A true $30,000 car should have
a color that makes it stand out against all the "others".
2003 Twilight Blue Sedan 5AT, sunroof, leather,
splashguards, GG red 7 wire Hypergrounding kit, 350Z intake duct, K&N filter.

Re: Who has Twilight Blue & why?
I was going back to dealership to make an offer on a white G35. I pulled up and next to the white G was a Twilight Blue they had just finished prepping. I own two other automobiles and they are both different shades of blue. I did not want another BLUE. But how could I resist ...
They only had four G's on the lot when I purchased mine ... My how times have changed.
To the person requesting pictures ... you have to see it in person.

I got one of the first ones because I am a "blue" fan. Unlike all the other people, I do not like it very much. It almost never looks blue, it almost always looks black.
You have to have perfect lighting to look blue, and then I will admit it does look good.

Like Cato, I picked up a used Twilight Blue, and kept waiting until one came up for sale. The color is classy, and unique (until they put it back into production). I like having something that you don't see every time you're heading down the road! I get compliments on it all the time. ![Smilie](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Re: Who has Twilight Blue & why?
I disagree on how hard it is to keep clean ... My G sits outside ALL the time. If it was not for the brake dust I would not have to wash my G very often. Of course it has rained a lot this year and that keeps the dust off the car.
I had it detailed along with my other cars a year ago... he said that he could tell that it had a sealant applied at the dealership. (I did not pay for it). The color has stayed sharp, no duling, no swirl marks, etc. It still looks brand new.
I saw another Twilight Blue in a parking lot a few months ago and parked next to it. The color on my G was sooo much better looking. I thought that was strange, especially since my G sits outside all the time. Maybe my G has stayed this way because of the sealant the dealership applied. Just do not pay for it

hmm, i dont know why but the twilight blue doesnt seem to attract me that much. but on the other hand, the carribean blue looks so nice and bright, it just glows in my face, even on a sedan. so thats gonna be my car when the 04 comes out. do you guys think the cb looks wierd on the sedan?

Re: Who has Twilight Blue & why?
I'm torn right now in my G35 shopping. I checked out a Twilight Blue sedan on a dealer lot and think it's an amazing color, definitely my favorite. However, it's the only one of that color available within 75 miles and while it does have the premium package I want, it doesn't have the sports suspension. I can get the prem/sports susp/aero kit in a nice Garnet Fire though. Decisions decisions...
