eibach pro kit vs. tein 350z h-techs...

Scenario...
2003 g35 sedan...17" wheels...non sport suspension...
2 kids...daily driver for work...occasionally pack the family in when suv needs a rest...
not looking for a drastic drop and losing any ride comfort....about 1 inch drop pref....eventually going with the factory 19" coupe wheels within the next month or so.

Needing input on the best springs without going with any camber kits or upgraded shocks.

I've went through the searches and found pros and cons on the prokit and 350z h-techs...

Help???

the Eibach pro kit is made for the sedan which will give you about a 1" drop the 350z h techs will lower and already lower 350Z which will be way too low for the sedan. You would be better off buying someones old 350Z springs.

Keep in mind your non sport shocks and struts will never hold up to the higher spring rate of either spring you mention.

I have the 350Z h-techs. They are lower than I expected. all the expert suspension posts list the drop as 1.3/1.2" For soem reason, the rear is pretty low. The stock 235/45-18 tires sat flush with the fender opening. Too low IMO.

Also, the 350Z H-techs seem to make the car have alot of power oversteer.

It is good for the drift-racer in all of us though.
