Rattle question

Well, still trying to track down a "plasticky" sounding minor rattle on my '05, it's coming from the front passenger side, thought it was the door panel, but don't think so now, it doesn't seem to make this sound when there is a passenger, so to me it has to be in the seat, headrest, or seat belt. If I hold the seat back or headrest while driving, it seems to occur when the seat vibrates on a rough road, or a bump. I took it in for it, but they couldn't hear it, maybe because someone was in the front passenger seat trying to hear the noise, anyone had this type of rattle?

HA...Ive been ignoring the same rattle...

05 6MT with 28K on it. Just recently with the cold weather I noticed it and it sounded like it was in the door. I just turn the radio up Also have a squeak from either the rear shelf or the driver side rear suspension. I can make it squeak in the lot by just bouncing on the sill. Ill have them address both concerns at my 30K service when I shell out a few hundred dollars

Tom, I had a rattle in the passenger seatbelt swivel at the top and also the metal clip (that goes into the seatbelt receiver) rattled against the B-pillar occasionally.
Try those 2 places.

Could be the pillar where the seat belt is attached, is that the A? LOL, I still don't know which pillar is which. That would make sense, if someone has the belt on, could stop the noise. I did check the glovebox, and the upper box door as well, that was another sound, fixed that!

Colin, hmmm, maybe it's that plastic piece that slides with the seat belt adjuster, I just was looking at that, (exciting Friday night ) and it makes a plasticky sound, the clip (male) of the seat belt, makes more of a clunk noise when it hits the pillar, had that before!
