Track times.
my first time at the track @ palmdale (2700 ft. elevation) i got 15.062 second 1/4 mile @ 93.759mph, 2.308 60ft., and a 9.785 1/8 mile. this is with about 2000 brand new miles on my 05 sedan (5AT). just wanna c how i fare with the rest of YOUR times . . .

My 03 5AT with a Z-pipe in sea level-like conditions:

Don't take this as Gospel, but assuming conditons (temp, humidity, pressure) were decent, your 05 5AT would have run in the neighborhood of ~14.6@97mph on a sea level track. You should be able to get that 60 foot down into the lower 2.2s pretty easily with some practice. That would knock another .15 seconds off. Also, hold 3rd through the run because if you don't, the 5AT will shift the 3-4 during the 1/4 mile and it will hurt your ET/MPH.
Tell me the date you raced and I can get a very accurate idea of what you'd run at sea level.

I ran that time 2 fridays ago(feb 3rd), it was like 35 degrees. (car only had 1000miles)
how do you get such a low 60 foot.. what rpm's do you shift at?

Those are respectable times, all things considered. What track are you running at? Do you have an option to try a different, lower track?
That elevation is killing you. Plus, that 60 can use some work. Like DaveB said, you should be able to see low 2.2's, and with some work, mid 2.1's. That will definitely help.
Can you post a full timeslip? What were you trapping in the eighth? Are you manual shifting, or running in full automatic mode? How are you launching? Are you side-stepping the brake, or launching from idle?
Did you do any track prep, like lower tire pressures or pull the stuff out of your trunk? Do you have anything heavy in the car, like stereo equipment or work-related stuff? Did you have a passenger in the car, or were you running alone? How much gas was in the tank?
Details man, details.
Your times will get better. Better with experience, and better as the car breaks-in more. Also better as you shed a little rubber off your rear tires.

As for my 60 foot time, I simply roll up to the line just to the point that I trigger the stage light. This is called shallow staging, it gives you about an 8" roll out before the timers are even triggered. It's like getting a head start in a race. When the tree starts to fall, I mash down hard on the brake and my right foot mashes down on the accelerator. When I see the second amber fully light up, I release the brake. This ususally results in a 2.15-2.20 60 foot and a .5XX-.6XX reaction time (not that it matters). My tires are the crappy Turanza EL42s which leads me to believe that my track has decent prep because I barely get a chirp on launch. If I try launching on the street in sub 50 degree weather like I do on the track, my car lights the tires up through first. It's fun having the tail slide side to side while you launch, but it results in a slow take off and often an early shift into 1st.
My first run ever in the car, netted a mid 2.3 60 foot because I launced right off idle. With this car's weight, the torque converter definitely needs to be loaded up (stalled) somewhat to get a healthy launch.

Also, when is the best rpm to shift at?

I let the car shift the 1-2 and then I hold 2nd to an indicted 6500rpms and then up shift which results in a shift occuring at around 6700-6800rpms, as indicated by the tach. Then I hold 3rd the rest of the run and usually tap the rev limiter shortly after the finish line.
