Tire pressure help please...

Hey, I have a set of 19 low profile Toyo tires and I know everyone says 35psi all the way arround and so on but should it be 35 cold and then it will be about 40psi with my weather here and driving on them. Or 30 cold and 35 while I am driving with them. Thanks

It should be between 32-36 PSI cold, which is 37-41 PSI warm. Cold PSI is when the car has been sitting for three hours or driven less than 1 mile.
