13.99 @ 100.4mph today.
I just got home from Rockingham Dragway in NC. I had a total of 3 runs. The 1st I pulled 14.3 with the traction control still on The 2nd run was 14.0 at 100mph. My 3rd resulted in the above. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my 1st time running this car in the 1/4.
If your interested, the car in the left lane was a all wheel drive talon

The clock starts when you move, not when the light changes. Red light or not does not affect the time. I don't know why the 60 foot time did not read. It didn't read on my 1st slip either.
As far as wrong computers...I don't think so. There was a national event there yesterday. Check their web site. Thanks for your support.
As far as launching goes, I tried a few different ways. 1. rev up to 3,000 and slip the clutch very little towards the end. 2. rev up to 4,000 and slip it from the middle to the end. This is what I did on the 3rd run.

Out of the 3 runs, do you know your 60ft time?

Yea, that Talon is quick. It's odd about the 60' not registering. Cause the rest of your slip looks accurate........

How crowded was it? Only 3 runs, how long were you there? Let us/me know when you're going so we can get a group together!

I think its $2,500 - $3,000 to rent the track for the day. Maybe that's something we would want to consider if enough people were interested. It's $20 to run and $10 to watch on a normal day or night.

He was on 19's with 35' profile tires and stuck in 2nd causing the drive shaft to split. They did a great job prepping the track. It took 3 people to move the car because it was literally glued to the pavement.....I probably could have gotten in 2-3 more runs. Once it gets warm, only expect 3-4 runs on a TnT because the place gets packed.
