Synthetic has been proven on a dyno to pick up a few hp, and your engine will run a tad smoother and cooler due to less friction.
I like it and use it, but it's expensive.

Whoever uses 10w30 is stupid...the oil acts as a 5 in the beginning when you start your engine..
So the thinner it is the quicker it will circulate. The heavier the oil is the longer it will take to circulate which oviously puts more pressure on the engine.

If that's the case then why don't you use 0w-20??????? Now who's stupid?

In Vegas, 10W/30 is fine year round. I would avoid a 10W/40 though since wide viscosity range indicates pretty heavy use of viscosity modifying additives which are not lubricants, but thickeners. However, absolutely use synthetics as they do a much better job at controlling deposits and are more shear-stable under extreme load. And you can safely go 7500 miles between changes per the manual if you are still under warantee. Im out of warantee and go 15000 using the Mobil1 5W/30 extended performance. Costs a bit more up front, but saves money going 4X the normal interval of 3750. Changing every 3000 is not necessary and wasteful of perfectly good oil.

You're even stupidier than I thought than! Go ahead and use 0W-30 and then void your damn warranty! Try reading your owner's manual, that's if you can read. They recommend 5W-30 or (10W-30 or 10W-40 for temps above 0 degrees). Damn, you're stupid! But I guess you know more than the engineers at Infiniti and Nissan.

Yeah, go ahead and void your warranty by using 0W-30. What an idiot. And to say that you can't use 10W-30 shows how smart your are when it's stated in the manual that you can!
