I have an 05 revup SPACER ONLY or MREV KIT?

Do I need to get the whole MREV package for $500? or could I just get the isothermal spacer only for like $200 bucks? i read somewhere the gain difference between the two is minimal and someone even said it's not worth it for like a few hp diff? What are you guys' opinions? I'm talking about the motordyne spacer of course. Thanks guy.

Well, as I have read in previous owner threads and as I understand it . . . A spacer alone will not afford much of anything for the G's with the RevUp engine.

The minimal gain, which you are referring to is possibly the difference between the 5/16" and 1/2" spacers.

From what I understand, if you have the 298 RevUp VQ engine, the spacer adds little to no HP. BUT.....The MREV adds between 10-20 HP. That is HP that you can really feel! I have the 2003, and the spacer added a noticable HP incease. Many have dyno'd at 10 HP gains with the spacer. Highly recommended!

It's the package together that does the trick as far as I understand.
