I need your help now/Today!!

I want to order my spacer right now but don't know whether do go 5/16, 1/2 or the claimed 5/8 (which I still haven't seen out there)?

I have a 04 G35x with Stillen CIA right now. I have an itchy credit card in hand since I just got a $380 refund check from my old cell phone company because the forked up on one of my bills they overcharged me for! And how are the pulley kits working for people who do not have FI. I thinkI might want to do that too if it is worth it!!! Help

spacer is well worth it. Make sure you get the motordyne. I believe on the sedans you can go 1/2 and still use the oem cover. You probably want to contact some at motordyne and speak with them. I know that the guy is on this forum, do a search (motordyne) and you should be able to find him. I have the 5/16 spacer and I would do it again. Car feels much better over 3.5 4k rpm. I don't know about the pully kit. Good luck.

Call Tony @ Motordyne and talk it over with him. He will be glad to assist you in your decision. After I spoke with him, I ended up going with the 5/16".

Good luck.

I got my 3/8 inch spacer before Tony (Hydrazine) came up with the Iso-Thermal gasket and reduced the thicknesses of all the spacers. Just do it! It is inexpensive HP that you can really feel. If you have a 03-04, it's a sure 10 HP addition. The 2005s are a bit different, if you have the 298HP Rev-UP VQ, you will want the MREV instead of the plenum spacer. Talk to Tony about what is best for your situation! PM Hydrazine to get all the necessary into!

I just spoke with Tony on the phone. 5/16 Copper ISo Thermal is the one to go with for me. Especially since I am not taking it to the track right now and its damn cold up here in Seattle. Thank you so much for all of your guys' input. What are your guys' shipping experiences? How long does it take fro Motordyne?

If I recall correctly, it was about 2-3 business days for order processing and 2-3 days for shipping. I'm in TX. If you order it today, you will probably have it ready for install by next weekend.

Are you trying to copy me or what? I basically did the same thing. According to DHL the Stillen catback should be waiting at my house to be installed this weekend. I will let you know how it goes.

You will like the spacer a lot!

Definitely let me know. After the exhaust its headers times too. That would be sweet to meet up at test them against eachother. I just got my Stillen CAI a few days ago but can't install it yet because I am recovering from surgery and will be for about another week and a half. I'm stoked about your exhaust though bro. Congrats!

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I don't have my G yet but will probably within the next month or so. I plan on going the same route. I'm also from Seattle and would be interested in the outcome and possibly checking out the results sometime. Let me know.

I would be glad to test out that Stillen CAI for you since you have no use for it at the moment. That's next on my list. I haven't really researched or thought about headers but it looks like since we have a good ole' fashioned mod competition going I will have need to get to work.

If you are like me, I guess it won't stop until the boss (my wife) says so. I have been able to keep her at bay so far.

I have the 5/8" MD spacer. Motordyne stopped making the 5/8" size sometime back, that's why you can't find it now.

Just remember not to over torque the bolts when you install your spacer. Motordyne makes a very nice product.
