Offsets, color and cost. Dazz motorsports only imports the polished graphite. I wanted the silver finish to showcase the spokes and entire wheels better.

Sweet looking wheels Chico (is that the polished silver ones?) , can hardly wait to see your ride
Texan...those Axis Milanos are nice wheels, Chico earned his Mr 20 nickname around here when his ride was wearing those nice Axis wheels.

Enkei RP03s
I feel silly now--I have gone from wanting a 4" lip/split spoke(axis matrix) to wanting a 2" lip 5 spoke(axis hiro/milano) to NOW wanting a clean looking 5 spoke wheel with no lip(enkei RP03). So here it is on socalteds--It shows depth by the curvature of the spokes--rather than having a lip. Easier to clean b/c it has no rivets or split spokes and weighs only 20lbs for the wheel and looks like a true19"wheel, maybe even 20"ish--b/c lipped wheels look an inch or so smaller. The contrast should compliment my black gsedan (similar to the one shown) the way the current sport rims do. The rear offset is +42 so according to Chico's advice--that should be better.

I got the silver finish instead of the polished. I figured it'd go better since my car is silver, and I guessed right. Here are a couple of pics.

Don't feel bad at all. Choosing the right wheel is one of the biggest decisions when modding a car. I started looking for a new set since late last summer and went through multiple options (too many) that I just had to make a decision late in the fall and stick with it. You wanna hear something crazy...the day I received my wheels I was thinking I should have ordered another set I liked.

Not exactly my style, but props to you for the originality. The silver definitely looks better than the graphite.

They should be on by next weekend if I get my tires by Friday. BTW, this has to be the biggest "thread hijack" ever.

You do now that both car's running that rim with 42mm offset and 275 tires had rubbing issues, with socalted actually having to grind off the rear fender lips (their are pics of how he did it on the board). In fact both car's went with tires that have rounder tire profiles to hopefully help clearance issues. I don't know about you but I refuse pic all season tires to get that type of tire profile. Awesome looking rim, not enough offset to run 275's.

What offset is best for the Enkie RPO3's in 18" and running 245's all-around?

no kidding. I was feeling guilty for being a veteran and being such a hi-jacker. But my apologies to the thread starter

I recall he did that, but if I'm not mistaken it was because he went the Eibach Sportline.

If you read socalted's thread in the wheel section, you will see that the fender lip cut was optional. It was not necessary. He was being careful as he was going from prokit springs to sportline springs. The rear(9.5) with a +42 and 275s and 1" drop will be fine with no lip roll or lip cut. Other tires--besides the Direzzas WILL fit as well. The direzzas are very good tires btw.

HOPEFULLY SOCALTED CAN CONFIRM THIS
