It was orange, sitting to next to my friend and I in his G35, and it kicked the living sh*t out of us...

If you ever get your hands on one, especially the V8, it'll blow your mind...Incredible handling, and the thing is so damn small and has such power it's unbelievable...Turning radius to kill for too...The orange one I was talking about is a friend of a friend's acquaintance's car....

I am almost positive that the only engine is a twin turbo 3.5 liter V8

Our neighbor in englad has a racing green Elise *drool*
I liked our DB-7 better, though I think Bond has good taste.

It depends on what year you buy, Nismo...Good screen-name, buy the way- love Nismo products...The newer ones are the turbocharged V8s...Back in the day theyhad 4-cylinders...I've never driven an Elise...I hear it's an amazing ride though...

The Lotus V8 Esprit TT is one awesome car for the money (around $85K, don't remember the exact figure)

I'd buy the Lotus over a 911 Turbo any day. Even though the 911 TT is little quicker it can't match it's exotic looks.

yes the Elise has the 4 cylinder and the Espirit has the TTV8. The Espirit is no longer being exported to the US. And sales are weak everywhere mainly because the car looks almost the same as it did a decade ago. Oh and when I was in Manchester, England I got a ride in an Elise, simply amazing. The best track/sports car you can buy anywhere. And its cheap and coming to the US with a 190hp engine

A "back-in-the-day" Lotus 4-cyl can give many V8's a run for their money. Incredible, really.

Re: G35 6MT vs Lotus Esprit!!

From what I know is that the Lotus Elise 190 that is comming to America is going to start around $35,000 and go 0-60 in 6.0 flat with its 4banger and the 190s is doing 5.6-5.7 with its 4bager. The only diff between those two cars are the S has a like 20 more hp a better suspenison and raido is optional.
