unfortunally with that size with that particular wheel it only comes in that +40 offset. if i do 19X8 the i could get an offset of +35

You can do the +35 for the 8.5 wheel, it will fit.

rep for rayswheels just email me. he told me 19X8.5 would fit. but he recommended i use 235/35/19. he said the 245 would fit good in the back but not in the front, so he recommended i use 235 all the way around.

Agree...
Check the tables for the tire you want to use.

I'm running 235s on 8.5", which is the recommendation for PS2

There are alot of people on the boards running 19x8.5 with 245/40/19 all around. I am going to be getting 19x8 with 245/40/19 all around.

The +42 offset is a better choice than the +35 IMO. It will be set in 7mm more and will eliminate any rubbing worries. There are a few G's with PIAA wheels floating around. They are a forum favorite (other than Volks). Try a search and you should find some pics.

Check inTgr8r's ride it was the December car of the month and he is running the wheels you are talking about. Looks real good. The difference being he is running 18s instead of 19s but the same width and offset. Oops I just checked, they are PIAA Sport Mesh.
Go here to see his pics in the Gallery.

Just for comparison's sake, here are my wheels...18x8" Moda R6 45mm offset, with 245/40/18s all the way around on my 05X. No rubbing and the wheels don't have that stuck out, wrong offset look at all.
