Can someone who has had their car shipped before refer me to a company? I am going to be shipping my car from FL to CO and keeping it there for 7 weeks then shipping it back to FL. The price to rent a car for 7 weeks is $1600 so that is my budget for shipping. Also since my car is lowered am I going to have a problem with it being on a car carrier? And lastly I know my car will feel like a dog going from sea level to 7000+ elevations, anything I can do to minimize the performance loss as much as possible?

Why not drive it?

 

Already have my flights booked and 1500 miles each way is a lot to drive. I am going to spend 7 weeks in CO, if I drive the car that would take up a week each way + all the extra wear on the car.
