Anyone know when or how-much the close-out incentives will
be on the 2003 sedans?

No incentives to my knowledge, only the special apr which lasts till Sept 02. you could bargain on the price, but the dealer i went to wouldn't come down below 500 over invoice. I therefore got an 04. However, depending on the area you are at you may get a good bargain , maybe even at or below invoice price. Good Luck
