i dunno if you need a DIY, but for the seat cushion there are a total of 2 clips under the it, on e on the left one on the right. give them a good tug to unlatch either side. then lift towards the back and it should come right out.

well I already knew that, sorry I should have been more clear, I meant removal of the reclining seat back, not the bench.

As far as I remember. Pull the cushion out, there are bolt(s) holding the seats down on each corner, take those out and yank the seats out.

PM DaveO, he removed his 03 seats to apply B-Quite (a dynomat type product for sound deadening)... He did a brief write up in SportZ mag but I don’t think it had a DIY for the seat removal... I'm sure he would share his procedure with you.

Remove the base with the pull-levers on each side.
Remove the two bolts (I think they were 14mm) at the base of each side holding the back in place. Note the back is three parts.
Remove each part of the parts by lifting upward and then out.

If you are still having problems let me know with a PM and I will pull a diagram from the service manual for you.

if you need to take out the seat belts and buckles too i believe it's a torx wrench 55mm bolt size

55mm!! That would be HUGE!

Mine were a standard hex bolt ~14mm. The same size head as the seat back.
