Not really...I would probably buy a 50-75% modded 240sx. That way within a year tops it can be done.

How about save up some more and get a 300zx? I think thats actually a pretty good looking car. You can get one for like 3k but with a lot of miles.

dammmiit! i was almost dead set on staying safe and getting the stillen sc. but that would run me $8k (polished stage 3 + install and cf hood). now you're saying you can get tt for $8.5k? insane. i wonder if i can get anybody out here on the east coast to do that.

which tt setup would you be running?

It will be a Greddy TT kit. That price includes tuning, ecu, heat shielding...etc, etc... Thats a good price to me I think. Just dont know what route to take. Wicked has a point...I would be super sad if I wrecked it or somebody decided to steal it I would rather lose a $8k in another car rather than losing $30k in my one car.

i've never considered car theft for weighing in my decisions... are you really that afraid? or you just looking for a reason not to do it.

by the way... what would be wrong to put in a vortech, and have some money left over? you'd have a safe part on stock internals, easier to maintain, proven longevity, cheaper parts, more available installers, etc...
