Install the front and sides with a friend do the rear at a body shop if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself.

To do the front use the "headlight sedan removal guide" in the DIY forum. It will get you 2/3 of the way there, after you do everything it says to "hang" the front bumper, just remove the other 6-8 bolt on the underside of the bumper and it will pop right off, then put the aero bumper on and replace bolts/clips.

I'm sure there's a shortcut around installing the rear skirt as there is for the front bumper - but all this comes with experimenting or experience. The front bumper removal is easy after you've done it once...the problem is learning how to do it the first time.

Initally I thought I could get around the rear bumper removal...but didn't want to risk making a mistake when lining up the holes, etc. So went to the shop instead...

Care to share how you did it? It probably would've been helpful to the body shop...They spent 3-4 hours on it ensuring they followed the instructions to the T.

Well I removed my front bumper a couple of weeks ago to install radar detector and it was very easy. Took like 10 minutes to get it off and about the same to get it back on. Was my first time taking it off on a G35. I am a real do it yourself guy and cannot see how if a little attention is paid why you cannot do it EASILY on your own. Might be nice to have a friend help line it up when you put it back on but not a must.

As usual that's just my .01

I would highly reccomend removing the rear bumper to install the rear finisher. For one it is a lot easier, and it is not hard to remove the rear bumper....

It's been about 3 yrs since I did the body kit install, but I wonder if working on it in near darkness made it more difficult .

For the front bumper, I believe drilling out the rivets to reuse the original brackets took some patience to minimize damage to the original bumper's bracket mounts. After I did one side, it was naturally easier to do the other. But I think that took a little more time than I thought it would.
