2005 A/T Aluminum Shift Plate Removal Help

I need to replace the brushed aluminum shift plate that is in my 2005 Sedan with A/T and the wood package. It got messed up and I want to purchase and replace it with a new one. I have searched for a DIY post, and I have not been able to find out how that little piece of S**T comes off. Can someone offer assistance or post some photos, if you have any? It would be a great help.

I don't want to try it without some ideas, because I would hate to mess up the wood in the process.

You have to remove the shift ****.
Then remove the whole console piece.

The shift plate is screwed on from the bottom side.
