I read the warranty for 2005 and I did not see where they would not do the work if an aftermarket exhaust was installed nor did Isee any mention of additional charges. Seems to me that the only way out for them is if they can prove that the exhaust system caused the problem.
I would get a quote from a shop that does install of the exhaust you have to see how many hours it would take.
Alldata says that they get .4 hours for the front pipe, .4 hours for the mid pipe and .6 for the muffler under warranty work. that is 1.4 hours so technically they might be able to charge for.1 hour.

I got jerked around by Lincoln on my LS once for a similar issue. I took em to the ropes and they eventually folded.
If you have been a revenue generating customer, oil changes and scheduled maintenance, then I would try to use that to your advantage. Ask them if it is worth loosing the recurring business.

Look at the last sentence in the last paragraph:
G35 2004 Recalls
Arrow 2003-2004 G35 Sedan Fuel Hose
2003-2004 G35 Sedan Fuel Hose
Applies to 2003-2004 G35 Sedan models in the following Vehicle Identification Number ranges:
2003 G35 Sedan: JNKCV51E*3M000014 - 336214
2004 G35 Sedan: JNKCV51E*4M100021 - 114488
Reason for Recall
The fuel filler hose may crack and result in fuel leakage from the hose while refueling. If an ignition source is present, a fire could occur. In addition, fuel vapor hoses may crack and cause the malfunction indicator lamp to come on.
What Infiniti Will Do
Your Infiniti dealer will replace the fuel filler and vapor hoses with new ones. This free service should take about three hours to complete, but your Infiniti dealer may require your vehicle for a longer period of time based upon their work schedule.
What You Should Do
Contact your Infiniti dealer at your earliest convenience in order to arrange an appointment to have your vehicle repaired. Please bring this notice with you when you keep your service appointment. It will be necessary that your fuel tank be no more than one-quarter full when you bring your vehicle to the dealer in order to minimize the possibility of fuel spill during the repair. Instructions have been sent to your Infiniti dealer. If the dealer fails, or is unable to make the necessary repairs free of charge, you may contact an Infiniti representative toll free at (800) 662-6200.
