Not the Altima. Nissan revealed a sneak photo of the next Altima's taillight design and it looks nothing like that.

Teana pictures of that car have been showing up on different car sites for years now I think Nissan is trying to gear the reaction to this car to see if it's worth selling. I don't think it's a enthusists' car but would be a good competitor for the full size cars in that class. Looks like a Ford/Mercury.
