Does anyone have photos of the Aero side sills with the non-Aero rear sill? I just wonder if they line up OK visually. thanks

I got your pm but thought you were wanting pics of the aero side sills and the aero rear.

I won't be able to get you shots of the aero sills with just the stock rear with the acception of this one. I had the rear section installed not to long after I put the other kit parts on.

Hope this helps you with your decision. IMO, it doesnt line up with the sides.

 

Had that set-up on mine for couple months and hated it, even being black. There are some pics still in the gallery if you want to see.

IMO it does not look right but I still have the non-areo front while I save for the other one but it is painted all the way down.

 

I have seen the sills painted it looks really clean that way if you aren't going to get the full package that might be a cheaper alternative since the sills aren't that much different...

 

Thanks for the photo papa - I agree, it doesn't line up very well. I had a body shop tell me they were nervous about painting the stock black sills - afraid the paint was going to chip off. They quoted me $1100 for painting the 3 sills and installing an Aero front, due to all the prep they had to do to get the paint to hold. So they figured it would be almost a wash just to get the Aero all the way around. I found a different body shop for the paint work but still $500, which is still higher than most on this board seem to have paid. I love the side Aero sills but personally don't care for the rear. Still wondering what to do.

 

imo the aero sides don't match the arro bumper. they suck i think they look funny on the car not matching the rest of the lines on the sides.
