getting 6MT?

hi guys quick question//
I just saw one 6speed manual transmission for G35 on ebay for $425.
My G is 5AT sedan, but always dream 6sp manual.
so changing transmission is really big deal? or bad to my G
or if I really want to do that, how much it will costs? and from where?
maybe you guys figured out,,but I'm beginner

should I get that????

It would be much easier to trad in your car and buy a 6MT. Quite a bit is different from the crankshaft to the ECU. Not to mention figuring out a way to install a clutch pedal.
