What mods give the best HP/ performance increase for the price? Stillen- HP increase/ price? New chips- HP/price? ETC...

Crawford intake pleneum $500. 9hp at peak and it goes on to prevent as much of a hp fall off towards redline, netting you 20hp at redline Easy to install in about a hour yourself.
