Talking ELBOW Room At Last!!!!!

I finally got arround to fixing something that has been problematic for me, since day 1.
Now I only wish I had done it before...

I gained about 2" more elbow room on the center console,
by replacing the FAT sedan arm rest for the slim one from an AT coupe.

Total install time 5 minutes.... 4 screws, that's it.
Everything else lines up perfect, including the latch.

I'm one happy camper.. no more sore sholder

PIC... (lightened up to see the detail better)
coupe arm rest installed, old one on the passenger seat.

Minor issue...., 99% of the time there's no one back there anyway.
Phase II - is to customize a vent.

...IIRC, it's only an issue for premium,
non-premiums don't have the extra vent.

Good job Ian, it looks great . I remember you eyeballing one of the coupes last year at one of our meets to see if it looked doable. Now it's reality .

Since I rest my elbow on top of the armrest, I prefer the fatter one. I do like the sleek look of that one though.

Lists for $155... LINKY
As a premium member & previous customer, they (EverythingG35) sold it to me for ~$135 shipped.

...finding someone that wanted to swap a skinney for a fat.. would be the ideal thing
