Hole below power socket - I used it.
I finally found a use for that wierd hole under the power outlet on the passenger side. What do you think? Has anyone else found a use for this?

Yup. There are a couple of quirks that explain themselves if you realize that the car was designed first for right-hand drive, such as the card holder above the passenger visor, the main radio controls on the far side of the console, etc. And, of course, the cigarette pack pocket.
