I think the same heppened to me on my last car (Max) and the G after using the roof too often within a short period of time. Took it to the dealer and they said they 'reset' it. Worked after that and hasn't happened again.

Take it to the dealer I'm sure they'll get it going in a snap.

There is a reset procedure in the manual for this. I can't remember what it is off hand, but the same things happened to me on my 04 Sedan, so I followed the reset procedure and voila, everything was fine.

One-touch works for me for opening & closing fully. It never has worked for closting the sunroof, when it's in the "TILT" position (you need to hold your finger on it). Is it supposed to close with one-touch when open in tilt mode?

It's my understanding that the Infiniti sunroof is only one-touch in the full open/close mode but manual in the tilt mode. My '05 is like this and I was told this is the way it is.

I can one touch open mine, but to close, I have to hold the button down. It doesn't one touch close.

My 05 has one-touch for open and close, except in tilt mode.
