interesting.... i'm in the process of installing 05 350z oem springs on my g with d-specs too.... gosh the front looks a lot nicer witout the 4 finger wheel gap... it's about a 2 finger wheel gap now.... now i just have to install the rears today.... if it starts scraping, i'll find some coupe springs and put them on....

The smaller OD of the tire may have an effect but I think it's more like it's just the nature of the beast. Your car is lower and your aftermarket exhaust "may" hang a little lower than stock.

Just be careful.
