Well you could use part of it and have a muffler shop make a rear portion that would work.

Here's a pic of a stillen system installed on a 350Z (pay no attention to the black arrow I added).
Compair the rear section to the underside of my sedan (note, I removed the sedan's stock premuffler and replaced it with a 4" magnaflow muffler).





Notice what is right next to the sedan's muffler to the right, the spare tire well, the coupe and Z don't have that. So you can't install the Z or coupe's rear section, impossible.
