HELP! Battery problem again!

hello. quite a while ago i posted this https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...ight=jack_mack

well battery died again so i got it replaced (dealer said they could not find anything wrong w/ the car) around january i believe and all was fine untill 2 days ago. so 2 days ago i tried to start the car and battery was dead again. got a jump start and got going. the next day (yesterday) i didnt drive the car at all b/c i'm a full time student and driving everyday is not quite necessary for me so i went to start the car today and battery was dead again. i really dont think this should be happening and i think the dealer is bsing me when they say they cannot find anything wrong w/ my car. this is really irritating me and any help is greatly appreciated. is my car a lemon? once again i drive an '03.5 5spd. only modification done is led parking lights. thanks in advance.

I would have the alternator checked out and the battery cables. I could be wrong, but I think places like Autozone can check it out for free.

You need to get someone with a good Volt/Ohm meter to check the Current (amps) draw when your car is off. It should be milliamps, not amps. Then you need to check the static battery voltage 10 minutes after you shut off the car. It should be no lower than 12.5 volts. It should jump up to about 1.4.2 or so when the car is started. I think you will find that you have "something" that is drawing too much power when you car is off. If a battery is drained below 10.5 volts very often, it will calcify and it is useless. You might solve the problem with an Optima Yellow top deep cycle battery.
