The G35X tires say Goodyear P225/55R17 95V. If these are all season, does that limit the choice enough to figure out what model is standard with the car??

Sounds like it could be Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge

Yes you usually lose headroom when you opt for a sunroof. It is normal on most models.

it's just like a full size spare tire in the premium package loses around 2.6 cubic feet in the trunk compared w/ the standard car.
