Lease question

Your thoughts is all I ask.

Im looking for the following to happen come november:

I have a trade in worth 3000 on the dot. I have virtually perfect credit. And I want to get the 07 g35 for no more than 470 a month... what do you think my chances are?

Very good chances, I also put 3K down... If your credit is good u shouldnt have too much of a problem at that price. My payments would have been $50 lower if my father had better credit. As you you can see credit makes a BIG difference. Also, it helps if you dont go option crazy also. I only got the Premium package and spoiler. You may have a harder time if you get the Navi and Sports package.

yah...

I only want the premium package.. and maybe the wood finish. I dont need navi or anything like that being that i never leave the city area. If i could do 450 a month.. i would be very happy. A pearl white AWD with premium c package, and wood finish.. for 450-470 is an instant "sold" for me. Lets hope I can get it

Cool Can you say “Market Demand Mark-up Fee”

Put it this way. I leased my 05 Sedan for $460 a month for 39 months and 15,000 miles a year with absolutely nothing down. Now that was using a selling price of $500 over invoice. I don’t think you will be able to get an 07 sedan anywhere near invoice for about 1 year. Leasing may not be a good option with the 07 right away because the final selling price will not be that negotiable. Well it might be negotiable in the dealers favor if these things are as hot as they say they are. Can you say “Market Demand Mark-up Fee”!

I don't know that this will happen, when I bought my '04 in October of '03, the G35 was selling like crazy, and the '04 had just come out, I didn't find any Market Demand Mark-up, not much dealing room, but nothing marked up over sticker, so we'll see.
