It would change, if & only if they thought it was costing them sales.

That's one thing I like about BMW's ala carte options deal. Yes, they are expensive, yes you pay for everything, but you don't have to order anything you don't want just to get something else. You can order anything individually, which is good. Infiniti kind of does the same thing to an extent, but they just bundle a lot of stuff in std, which of course is good too. I'm not a fan of the way Lexus makes you buy "packages".

That's like upgrading to ceramic brakes on a Porsche. And it's amazing how some people don't even realize those brakes are not wise for everyday driving. Certainly not cost-effective....

Go buy one then, and move on to a BMW forum.

I'm touched by your loyalty, but I really do not need your permission to post here.

Post away. Go ahead and spend plenty more for a car that is 0.4 seconds faster than a G in the quarter mile. I just don't know why you don't go ahead and get the Bimmer and be done with it since you were so disappointed with your Infiniti G35x.

Not in Canada, the two options can not be ordered independant of each other.

I think that's an old review. FWIW, in the Nov issue of C&D I will quote one of the writers re: the 335i:

"If we were spending our own money and had to buy one car, it would be hard to pick anything but the 335i."

or:

"The 335i is the best car currently for sale."

How's that for adding fuel?

Yes it's a previously posted C&D review; I was bringing attention to the discussion threads.

My LCD just melted
