Ordered My 07 G35S in Toronto last Week!!

Well I broke down. I am 3 years into a 4 year lease on a G35 Coupe 6MT Navi. I had to change because of the kids ( The coupe is not a kid friendly car when you have 3 kids). I went to the dealer in Toronto last week and put down $1000.

I got them to take back my Coupe and break the lease with no penalty or costs. I got the G35 07 Sport, Navi, Tech package with active steer, laser Cruise, rear camera, 4 wheel steer etc in Black on Black with Automatic and sport package. I got every option available and they only had one showing in the system with this configuration coming to Canada in the first shipment and they did a swap with another dealer to get it...

The car is already in port in Vancouver when the dealership did a search on the VIN number and is in transit across the country to me. They said I should have it in 1-2 weeks!!

Looking forward to getting it....

Will keep you posted...

Congrats on the purchase bro. You will definitely be happier with the Sedan considering you have 3 kids. You have almost the same 07 as me except I have Garnet Ember and I omitted the Tech Package. If your G is already in Vancouver, then there is a good chance that mine is as well. Yippee!!!!

Yes I did get a discount, albeit a small one. Just 1%, which worked out to about $500. How about yourself?

Discount

I got $2000 of the car. The sales lady was a close family friend and that helped...

So if prices aren't released how do you now how much you really got off MSRP yet? I know Cdn. dealers have the pricing, which is apparently $300 over last year, but options have changed so its hard to reference against last years pricing. Anybody have a breakdown of each option and base?

Prices

My dealership had the prices for the car as well as all the option packages. I have a bill of sale with the whole breakdown and the discount. I am just waiting for the car. I am leasing the car and they also got from Nissan Canada the lease rate and the residual at the end...

I got a quote of 51,200 for an AWD w/Nav, Tech and Premium pkgs. Does this sound right to you? Dealer states it's 1200 off of MSRP.

Thanks

Hi mathur999, do you have the price list for all model + packages? My limit for this car is 50k. I don't want to pay more than this, I still have a mortgage to pay for. So, I would like to see what is my option for the G. I absolutely love this car when I see the first pic. I was cross shopping between IS250, TL and the G. It looks like the G wins my decision based on the performance and a very nice interior and exterior upgrade from the current model.

thanks.

If you are taking CDN prices, than that seems about right to me for a loaded X.

No official prices have been released by Infiniti Canada yet. If your budget is $50k for the new G, you should have no problem. Good luck.

Canuck is right. The price for the AWD G35 loaded was $51K and $50K for the G35 Sport loaded. I got $2000of the sprt which put it at around $48K. I saw the prices but don't have them with me here. I left them at work and my bill of sale is there. I will pick it up from the office later today...

There should be no problem getting a loaded G35 AWD or sport for $50K...
