LOL, yeah I'm doomed!
Time to start a family. The coupe is a$$ filthy. It needs a wash, a buyer, and I need a $1,000 deposit on a 2007.

The TL is nice as well, but it's a FWD - therefore: Out the window.
The BMW, if you are into that interior styling and are willing to pay a few grands more to get the same thing if not less (features wise)... whatever floats your boat...
That leaves either the IS or the G35. The IS's dimensions are a joke. I went to look at one and rear seat reminded me of half bench seat - the kind you find in convertibles. It's a coupe with 2 rear doors that lead you to nowhere. My wife is 5'5" and had about .5" betwen her knees and the front seat. I tried to sit in the back but to no avail...
My personal opinion is that the G35 is the winner hands down. Interior wise, Nissan has done an outstanding job. They not only went from bad to good, but they went from bad to great. As far as I'm concerned, with all other factors taken into consideration (perforamnce, features, inteior, price, etc.), this car does not have competition.
My .02
What 2007 Infiniti G35 model are you going with Speedoholic? Does anybody know if the 2007 Infiniti G35 has illuminated scuff plates? I was too excited to even check for something that small during my test drives.

I never liked the Bimmers' interior - not since Bangel took over.

And I agree about the IS350 back seat, it is outlandishly small for a sedan.

I found a couple of pictures that show what I am talking about regarding the IS350 interior. Cheap painted plastic. I haven't sat in one with wood interior, but their aluminum trim leaves little to be desired IMO.

I thought the same thing when I tested the IS350.
Most of the interior was good, but that center stack is horid.
On top of the cheap plastic, the controls layout is poor as well.
eg. the clock jambed in between audio components

. As it looks right now, I’ll be going with the RWD Auto with Sport and Navigation. Color wise, probably Slate Blue/Pearl White/Serengeti Sand (not sure on those, I’m waiting to see whose in person before making a decision). Interior will be graphite for me. Tan and Stone are nice but get dirty quickly. Black is sporty and hides dirt very well.Like I said previously. I just need to see some colors in person and see how much those suckers go for.
When you said, “scuff plates”, you meant “kick plates” – the plates with the INFINITI logo located in the doors? – Honestly I don’t know, but I don’t think so. I had the door open and it didn't illuminate – maybe you need to have the lights on. Not sure…
