I got out my colour swatches from my 04, 05 G35 brochures last night. We then compared them to the 07 colour samples from the Infiniti site . The Silverstone/Diamond Graphite/Platinum Graphite all looked the same when Karen and I compared them.
A week from today I will be test driving a 07 Sedan, hopefully they will have that colour.
hmmmmm. just found that Platinum Graphite has a new paint code (K51).. to me it's a tad darker

Okay sounds good Ian since you have the Canadian silverstone.
I was misled, I asked one fellow on this thread below that purchased a new 07 in Texas and his dealer told him it was just another name for Diamond Graphite.

I don't think the change will be all that much.
Probably just wanted to freshen the look a bit since there are so many Diamond Graphite/Silverstone out there.

I don't think there's much to worry about it being too dark.... should look great

+2 Wow. That is one of the best gray/graphite colors I've seen yet. Yep, I agree with contrast sharpness. Only if they had this color in '04!

LOL... not yet, but it does give one pause

One of the reasons I'm waiting to sign on the dotted line, is to test drive the new sedan (6mt pref.)
It should give a pretty good indication what the new coupe will be like.

LOL, didn't think so. I am sure you won't change your mind after you;ve driven the 335i.

I think Wayne will really like this color.

I like that new P/Graphite too, Wayne. I'd have to see it in person to be sure it's not too dark, but it does look good on here.
A refreshing but slight change to D/Graphite.

My thoughts too Ian, it seems to blend in nicely.
