Price should only be $2-3k higher than the current G35. With that price jump, you are getting a lot of new standard features, more power, better interior, and higher quality. The IS can no longer brag about it's hp and about all it's got now is the Toyota quality factor. The BMW 335 sedan is probably better in all performance categories but does so at a cost. Acura's TL TypeS is obviously out gunned in numerous categories. The G35 interior beats them all hands down IMO and performance is very good. Starting pricing will be cheaper than pretty much everyone so how is it not best in class?

JMO, but I think it'll be even less than that.

+1, I don't think the price increase will be close to $2-3K.
